So you’ve decided to run a 5K–3.1 miles. Good for you! The key to finishing a race of any distance, but particularly the longer distances, is being prepared. How do you prepare? By gradually getting your body ready for the feat of strength you’re undertaking. This involves slowly ramping up your mileage and planning rest days, too. (Yep, you read that right!)
